Dealers - Members Reviews
INTRODUCTION Each quarter our members are asked to review the quality of service that they have received from their dealers. The reviews cover Sales, Order, Delivery and Handover, Warranty Work and After Sales Service. The ratings are from 1 to 5 as follows: 1 = Unsatisfactory,   2 = Poor / Needs Improvement,   3 = OK / Satisfactory,   4 = Very Good,  5 = Excellent. The rating of 3 means doing the job but neither particularly good, nor particularly bad. To expect a rating of 5 would be unrealistic, although we would be delighted to see that. However, we would hope to see ratings regularly in excess of 3. The number in brackets shows the quantity of reviews received for each dealer. These are significant because with a low number of reviews the scores can swing dramatically. As the number of reviews increase the the average scores tend to stabilize. The results, published below, are a rolling average from the inception of this scheme. The chart will be updated quarterly. Members may request detailed results which anonymously, list individual ratings and members comments.  Dealers may request a similar, detailed report but only for their own dealership. The member names are never disclosed. Carthago Owners UK cannot make comment upon the review responses nor offer comment regarding particular dealership results.
